Shipping & Returns

Uniform Trader Inc. ("we" and "us") is the operator of
( ("Website"). By placing an order through this website. This agreement ensures that both parties know and agree to this protection arrangement and set expectations for our service.​

  •  Normal: Subject to stock availability. We try to keep accurate stock statistics on our website, but there may be stock differences from time to time, and we will not be able to complete all your items at the time of purchase. In this example, we will meet the products available to you and tell you whether you would like to wait for the re-ordered item in the background or would like us to process a refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be standard for local, state, and national departure based on the ordered items' weight, size, and destination. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.

  • Terms of Delivery: Transportation time is 2-5 days.

  • Changing Delivery Address: With the change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order is issued. Orders placed before noon: IST (5:30 hours) will be shipped on the same day; otherwise, during the next business day. Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that delivery delays will be kept to a minimum.

  • Out of Stock: When the item is out of stock, we will ship the items in stock immediately and ship the remaining items when they are back in stock.

  • Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time exceeds the stated time, don't hesitate to contact us for an investigation.

  • Track Notification: Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can track the progress of their submissions based on the latest updates made available from the shipping provider.

  • Packages Damaged in transit: If you find that the package is damaged on the way, if possible, please refuse the courier package and contact our customer service. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, don't hesitate to contact customer service for the following steps. 

  • Procedure for damaged goods: We will consider the refund or replacement as soon as the sender has completed their investigation into the claim.

  • Tax: GST has already been applied to the value of goods, as shown on the website.

  • Insurance: The parcels are insured against losses and damages stated by the sender.

  • Process of a lost package: Process of a missing package on the way we will process the refund or replacement as soon as the courier partner has investigated and found that the package has been lost.

Return & Refund Policy

If something isn't right, don't worry, we will fix it. Need a different size? No problem, call us or WhatsApp us on 9967562856. We also come from a medical background, where high standards and exceptional care are not only valued but essential.


We respectfully ask the following if you'd like to return or exchange an item.

  • We cannot accept returns on altered or embroidered items. If you are not confident in your size or style preference, we suggest that you place your first order without personalisation. 

  • All "clearance" product sales are final and may be eligible for exchange if available stock. However, we cannot issue refunds on these products.

  • All original tags must be still attached. 

  • The garment must be returned in excellent condition, just as you want to receive your order. UT uniforms are worn in a hygienic environment by medical professionals and thus must be presented to our customers with 100% neat and clean. By law, all garments must be clean. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse if it has visibly worn terribly, excessively soiled or laundered.

  • Please pack the garment inside the original garment bag.

  • If you want to return or exchange, then shipping charges are to be borne by customers as we offer a low margin pricing model, so its impossible for us to offer free exchange.

  • We don't accept returns or exchanges after five working days from the date you receive the order.

  • Original handling and shipping charges are not refundable in any case.

Process for Exchange:

We genuinely want you to obtain the correct size and fit. Our company's fundamental value—proper fit and comfort for all medical professionals. So if you ordered a non-personalised product and would like to try a different size, send us an email within five working days. Tell us the reason(s) for your exchange described in detail and photo. We will revert you with further information on pickup. 


Process for Returns:

If you are not happy with a non-personalised item, please return it in 3 working days after receiving your product for a refund. We will credit your payment deducting shipping charges through your original payment method once we receive your return item. 

If we made a blunder on your order or a sewing problem or quality issue, please call us at 9967562856. Please allow us seven business days after receiving your order in our factory for your return to be processed.

  • All non-personalised orders will take up to 7 business days.
